What to wear?

Indoors:

Loose comfortable clothing in layers.

Flexible soled footwear / nonslip socks / bare feet..

Bring a bottle of water to rehydrate.

Suitable clothing for most weather conditions including rainwear.

Enjoying outdoors - just wear suitable footwear and clothing! The feelings you can get from nature are truly invigorating.
