I’m Marsha, founder and inspirational leader of LifeQi, incorporating Tai Chi Tigers, Tai Chi for Kids, and CalmX. At LifeQi, we share natural, powerful ways to build lasting health and vitality—for today and for your future.
I was fortunate to grow up with parents who cared deeply about natural health and well-being. That healthy foundation inspired me to share its benefits with as many people as possible. Of course, life isn’t always a straight path—I’ve fallen off track myself—but the LifeQi ethos has always brought me back to balance, energy, and health.
For over 35 years, I’ve practiced and taught Tai Chi and Qigong—proven ways to nurture mind, body, and spirit. These gentle, meditative movements and breathing techniques are suitable for everyone, from age 4 to 99 and beyond. They can :
Improve fitness, strength, and flexibility
Aid recovery from illness or injury
Relieve stress, tension, and depression
Create a deeper sense of calm and peace
Through Tai Chi Tigers classes, I’ve taught hundreds of adults and children in schools, helping them discover balance, confidence, and joy. Our welcoming “Tiger Family” is full of support, friendship, and shared energy.
