Looking for ways to improve your health and well-being for your mind and body?

Then come along to one of our classes. I’m Marsha, founder and inspirational leader of LifeQi incorporating Tai Chi Tigers / Tai Chi for Kids and CalmX, and what we do in LifeQi is to give you the many ways that can help you develop a better health & well-being for now and your future life.

I feel so lucky to have been born and brought up most naturally and healthily with parents who were concerned for my total health and well-being so early in life. The benefits of such an amazing healthy lifestyle have inspired me to share this with as many people as I possibly can, and do so with an excellent team of CalmX instructors who share my vision. Don’t get me wrong – I have fallen off the path a few times (to my cost but I believe this LifeQi ethos brought me back to the healthy state I now have) and now I practice daily a very healthy lifestyle which I will share with you through LifeQi - Energy for Life.

The LifeQi ethos is all about healthy exercise (moving naturally), a reason to wake up every day, a healthy way of eating, and a healthy attitude to, and with, nature, our world, and all-natural things. For almost 35 years I have been practicing and teaching T’ai Chi & Qigong for the health and wellbeing of mind, body, and spirit. Together, or separately,  they are a world-class form of exercise for everyone.

From the age of 4 to 99 (& beyond), anyone can feel the benefits of these breathing techniques, meditative movements, and gentle exercise. You can improve your physical fitness, recover from illness and injury, and more importantly feel a deeper sense of calm and tranquillity that will relieve stress, tension, and depression, giving you A Calm Mind & Strong Body.

My Tai Chi Tiger classes have taught hundreds of adults, and hundreds of children in schools. Whether you are just starting out or have been practicing for many years, you too can develop mental and physical balance, improved muscle strength and joint flexibility, and a calm and relaxed personality, that will enrich your life and your energy. You can also feel the friendship within the ‘tiger family’ and become part of it.

I can share this with you through our videos, also in a Tai Chi Tigers or CalmX class for adults, and for our younger generations in schools. Allow our amazing team of CalmX Instructors to share this with you, I know how much better you will feel and, you will improve with time and practice.
